I am a personal coach with over 20 years experience who takes a holistic approach. I work with people of all ages and abilities, including clients suffering with chronic illness or recovering after injury. I pride myself on offering support and motivation, ensuring that my clients get the results they
are looking for. I am delighted to have been able to help so many people over the years, some of whom have written testimonials.

I offer one to one training in the comfort of your own home, with all equipment provided. Training sessions are positive and enjoyable as well as delivering results. Every workout is different, so you will never become bored, and the training is completely tailored to each individual client.

I am a great believer in the importance of stretching to increase flexibility and mobility, and run popular Fitness Stretch classes at local gyms. As well as loosening your joints, stretching can also help you to unwind and relieve stress.
