The following prices are for 1 hour training sessions at your home, with equipment provided.

- One to one sessions £40

- Couples training together £50 per couple (£25 per person)
 

- Group training sessions (3 people). £60 per group (£20 per person). Group sessions make personal training more affordable as well as being great fun!

Alternatively I offer full programmes for you to work on in your own time, followed up with monthly training sessions to boost results and monitor your progress. I will devise and demonstrate the exercises, leaving you with a written programme to follow. I can also give you advice on any equipment you may wish to purchase (which need not be as expensive as you might think). This is ideal for people who are self motivated, but would appreciate a boost to their training, and would like to be shown some new exercises.
