All new clients start with an introductory session where we just talk, to establish your goals, get to know one another, and give you an opportunity to ask questions. Then a full body assessment is carried out using a bodystat unit which analyses body composition, showing the percentage of fat, muscle, water etc.

This can be followed with monthly assessments to measure progress if required.

Following this, a programme will be devised to meet

your targets. Every programme is individual, to suit

you and meet your needs, taking into consideration

any previous injuries you may have. Advice about

sensible eating can be given if required, in order to

achieve weight loss, or weight gain for body building.

Working with an experienced trainer delivers results,

and can be much better value than membership for a

gym that you never use!
